Overview
Paolo Chiarloni is a multidisciplinary artist working primarily in oil painting and sculptural interventions. His practice explores unconventional material pairings—most notably, oil paint and hot glue—applied to large-format canvases and wood-based forms. With a spontaneous, tactile approach, Chiarloni’s work invites public engagement and often extends beyond the studio, intended for display in streets, parks, and nontraditional spaces. His raw, surreal aesthetic blurs boundaries between painting and object, gesture and installation, personal vision and shared environment.
